GOOD FOR YOU, GOOD FOR THE PLANET
Looren’s skin and environment-friendly clothes are free of chemicals and do not cause illnesses or allergies, being kind to both you and Mother Earth. The fabrics carry the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification — this is an eco-label that shows that the material is completely safe for your health.
We use a lot of linen material, because it has a small ecological footprint. The flax grows in Belarus and is brought to Estonia through Europe, which is a big advantage over delivery from Asian countries. Linen is a mono-material and so natural that it breaks down by itself in nature. Linen is also perfectly suitable for recycling.
ETHICAL FROM START TO FINISH
Looren considers the ethicality of each stage of the production chain and the social responsibility of the brand to be important. Workers have been paid fair wages, have good working conditions and the air, water and waste pollution is monitored. All Looren collections are designed and tailored in Estonia, following the principles of sustainability and slow fashion.
LESS IS MORE
By trusting the Looren brand when choosing your wardrobe, you won’t need a new dress or shirt every season, because you will know that the ones you have are so timeless and of high quality that they will serve you well year after year. When the clothes begin to reach the end of their long life, you can help us make new favourites out of them through recycling and reuse by returning them to the Looren atelier. We will help you choose items that suit your lifestyle, that you can mix and match in many ways and that make sure you always look fresh. This helps you save money, time, space and the planet.
